Witness to shooting of Harold Moore by German guard at Stalag 4A. 1945 POW Questionaire: 'Harold Moore was shot by the Unter officier on the working party after being away from the camp for several hours and the BMC [British Man of Confidence] of Stalag 4A did not come to enquire why the man was shot while coming back into the camp.' Possibly Gnr H Moore, 1463984, RA, 56 Anti-Tank Regt who died on 22/11/44, Berlin 1939-45 War Cemetery 10 F 14.
